Before I get started, I ask you to please not approach me if you are unwilling to complete the work within my budget of $200.00. It is non-negotiable.

I need a better/clearer way for my clients to checkout on my website. Additionally, I need to add in another payment type (I will discuss this later). Currently, a client can enter my website, shop and check out in 2 different ways:
1. Shoppers can create an account, shop and checkout
2. Shoppers can shop and checkout anonymously (without creating an account)
When clients go to pay, they currently have 2 options:
1. Paper checks
2. Money orders
As paper checks/money orders are the only 2 payment options and they are submitted the same way, the website does not offer them the opportunity to choose between the two (i.e., “pay by check” or “pay by money order”). Instead, both options are lumped together, “check/money order.” Currently, regardless if a check or money order is chosen, the client simply makes out the check or money order to “The Cactus King” and is provided with our mailing address to send the payment in to.
Instead of just offering paper checks/money orders, my company is now offering an electronic check option (ACH). As such, when a client goes to checkout, I would like them to be provided with 3 separate options:
1. Paper check
2. Money order
3. Electronic check (ACH)
My website is running on Drupal version 6.1. I understand that this is old/outdated, but I am not interested in updating it to a newer version of Drupal now. Drupal 6.1 is too outdated for a simple/cost effective integration of the electronic check (ACH), portal. Instead, I need to use a little creativity to solve my problem. I have provided one idea below, but I would be open to feedback/other ideas.
If the paper check or money order option is chosen by the client, they could simply be rerouted to a page that thanks them for their order and explains where to send their paper check or money order (i.e., our address). If the electronic check (ACH) option is chosen, an email could be sent to me indicating that "order#____ has been placed using the electronic check (ACH) payment option.” On the last checkout page where the client chose electronic check (ACH) as their payment option, they could be informed that they will receive a payment link to their provided email within 24 hours. At that point, I could generate the electronic check payment link myself and send it to the customer via email...This is just one idea. I would be open to suggestions. My parameters are that the checkout/payment process looks professional and is easy to use.
Finally, I need 2 other small items accomplished. My website currently shows that we use the United States Postal Service (USPS), as our courier. This is incorrect, we use FedEx ground as our courier. I cannot figure out how to change that. I would like to also incorporate the algorithm that FedEx uses to determine shipping costs onto my website. If incorporating the algorithm will take too much time, increasing cost then just switching what clients see from USPS to FedEx Ground will suffice. The last item is restoring the photos on my website and allowing me to once again upload photos. I had an inexperienced programmer working on my website a couple weeks back. He did something that took down a good chunk of my photos. Moreover, when I attempt to load new photos, they do not show up. I need both issues resolved.
Thank you for your time.

You can provide 3 options depends upon the customer which option they need to make payment and my suggestion would be electronic check, you can suggest your customer to do it in digital way in between you can provide payment link as you said and sugestion for 2nd issue its upto you whether you use Fedex or US service which is the better options as I am little bit confused about the 2nd option. Thanks
I hope this will resolve your issue
