I need a credit application form creating from a current paper one, which I can scan and send over.
It will need to be able to be filled in as a PDF, digitally signed by customers and sent back.
I need a GDPR statement putting on this as an opt in or out of being able to contact the company that has filled the form in for marketing purposes etc. Wording for which I will give on allocation of the job.
