I need a legal research regarding the joint accounts in banks in the UK

I need an URGENT research regarding the legislation of bank accounts in the UK: meaning the rules of a joint account (in a bank) knowing that it can be operated by each signatory alone.

I need the laws that says that after the death of one of theholder the other has all rights alone on past, present and future transactions.

Namely, the surviving person to claim back the loans issued from the joint account.
