Description of support work: I have adapted this message from another posting I made for PR people/ So ignore the parts where it appears I am trying to teach you to suck eggs. We have recently concluded a contract to promote an advanced treatment method for cancer. It involves proton beam therapy. Which has the huge benefit of minimal damage to healthy tissue. Works well on kids with neck brain and spine conditions and prostate. Currently no facilities for this treatment are available in the UK but will be on offer in 5 years from now. There a number of centres in the USA but the cost for say prostate is in excess of £100,000. Our partners in Prague have even more advanced equipment than anywhere in the world including the USA and indeed they cooperate with the USA. The equipment cost £250 million pounds. But they need more patients and in order to do this they have appointed us to promote the service. if you type in proton beam therapy Daily Mail you will find a case study. Its quite expensive around 16 k for prostate but the risks of impotence or tissues/organ damage or face the prospect of also incontinence and back passage bleeding after radical surgery. Its good and we are excited about it.
