About Us: We are a dynamic and growing company with a team of around 25 to 30 staff members. We are looking for an experienced HR consultant to help us ensure compliance with all HR regulations, maintain our HR records, and provide ongoing support and advice as needed.
Job Description: We are seeking a Part-Time HR Consultant to help us organize and maintain all our HR records to ensure compliance with current regulations. You will be responsible for updating our HR software, Bright HR, and providing expert HR advice on an ongoing basis. The first month will involve a more intensive effort to set everything up, but after that, we anticipate a steady, ongoing consultancy arrangement to keep all HR aspects up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and organize existing HR records to ensure compliance.
Update and maintain our HR software (Bright HR) with current employee data.
Provide ongoing HR consultancy and advice as needed.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws.
Assist with any HR-related queries from management or staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR consultant or similar role.
Familiarity with HR software, particularly Bright HR.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to provide practical HR advice and support.
Available for ongoing, part-time consultancy after the initial setup phase.
