Help with employment contracts and ways to hire staff

Hi,

I am looking for advice in on the best way to hire staff for a new business.

I am in the process of setting up a new company offering facilities management services, to start with I would not like to directly employ anyone due to cost but rather sub contract or use freelancer/contractors to do the work for us.

I need help in determining what I would be obliged to provide and cost breakdown for the different employment types.
