Help with Data Protection Act Issues

I am looking for someone who had an indepth knowledge of the Data Protection Act and the complaints process for the ICO. I would like the ICO to review a decision of theirs in relation to a complaint that I have made and would like someone to look through my paperwork and draft a response on my behalf. Would suit someone such as a Data Protection Officer especially those who have had dealings with the ICO before. I have done a lot of background research already so please only apply if you have the relevant knowledge and experience. Thank You. Can be paid hourly or fixed fee.
