We are looking for someone to undertake regular work for us, to produce heat loss calculations for central heating installations in UK homes, and also to produce floor plan layouts and designs showing where the radiators will be located. The process is as follows:
1) We send a surveyor out to the house to take lots of photos and draw up a floor plan with dimensions
2) The surveyor annotates the photos to show where the radiators have been agreed to be placed with the customer and where pipework will run
3) We then need to check that the radiator sizing is correct for the room, ideally using a full heat loss calculator based on the actual location in the UK, or alternatively the calculator provided by our radiator supplier here http://app.starsapp.co.uk/login this requires the entering of all dimensions of heat loss areas - walls, windows etc
4) Produce a document which is a combination of photos of the radiator, flue and boiler locations, coupled with radiator sizes, and a floor plan showing the pipe runs and radiator locations here is an example https://we.tl/t-Iv1caxBIox
It would be nicer if the images were annotated with the actual photos of the radiator and boiler being installed, but this is not essential.
Can you confirm if this is something that you think you could do, and if so, what cost you would charge per design if we were asking you to do around 20-30 a week on a permanent basis? thanks
