Head Hunter – Construction Recruitment Package, Abu Dhabi Market

We are a leading construction contracting company based in Abu Dhabi, looking for an experienced Head Hunter to source and qualify candidates for a major construction project in Abu Dhabi.
This is a full package — not a single role.
Scope of Work:
9 positions × 10 pre-screened CVs = 90 CVs total
Conduct online interviews independently for every candidate
Verify all candidates meet our technical specifications (provided upon engagement)
Verify all candidates are within the salary range we define (provided upon engagement)
Deliver a written assessment summary for each candidate

Structural Draftsman
Architectural Engineer
QA/QC Engineer
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Planning Engineer
HSE Officer
Document Controller (DC)
Project Engineer
Site Engineer
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction headhunting in Abu Dhabi or UAE
Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi contractor/subcontractor market
References or past placements in UAE construction preferred
Available to start immediately
