Google spreadsheet tracking exchange buy order and sell order book & email alert

Need a google sheet that can track the buy and sell order book on https://bittrex.com/Home/Markets
The sheet will have the capability for me to enter any (multiple) coin on the bitcoin market just by entering the market symbol, i.e., BAY, DASH, LTC, DOGE, etc.

Then track the order book amounts (BTC total) for each coin I add to the google sheet.

As the data updates the google sheet will notify me if the buy order book goes up by an adjustable percentage (example 1-10%) or down by adjustable percentage (example -1 - 10%).
Same concept for the sell order book.
And then have a way for the google sheet notify by email when any of these coins hit the percentage increase or decrease trigger chosen by the optional percentage given.
