General information for the business: We are a home care comany
Industry: Healthcare
Description of support work: We want to buy a fixed amount of time from someone who knows how to set up Google COLLABORATIVE INBOX so that we can set this up properly. We've already got it to receive email sent to our non-Gmail business account and have that end up in the Google Collaborative Inbox. It only works in a very clunky way right now. We have not yet bought the Business subscription - we're happy to pay this if we think that will get it working. There will only be 3-5 users of the COLLABORATIVE INBOX so this isn't huge at all. The benefit to us would be to be able to share and delegate incoming emails so that we can run more efficiently than if everyone has their own Microsoft Outlook Client - which is horrible because then we cannot see what replies are send from other people, etc.
We are based in London at SM1 4PP.
