Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am preparing a VISA application, and need to put together as much supporting evidence as possible of my work in the world of music, fashion and entertainment events throughout the 1990s across Europe, plus my recent involvement in a successful lifestyle business (2010-2017)
Unfortunately, my original scrapbook and portfolio have been lost, so I require a expert web researcher who can dig up the various media, which includes:
- press coverage of events and business successes
- reviews
- Event photographs showing performances, crowds etc.
- artist/band/designers blogs covering the events
- articles that I have been referenced in
- web pages from various sponsors
- my name in TV show credits
I will provide a list of the various events (including dates and locations) and any further supporting information required, and I'm aiming to get 2-3 pieces per event, from around 6-10 events. In addition, I need around 8-12 pieces for the lifestyle business.
What needs to be delivered:
- digital press articles - these need to be images of the 'printed' page
- Screen shots of the TV credits
- Screen shots/images of any relevant web site content, photos etc.
These images need to be supplied as follows:
- one good/high quality PDF per article/item
- Consistent filename of the PDF to be " "
- Files sizes to be big enough to show good quality images, but small enough to be emailed
I'm looking for someone who has experience in searching old archives, specifically publications (both newspapers and magazines). A lot of the 1990s music articles may well be in European languages, so I may decide to get these translated to English, if they look good enough to use.
A good knowledge of the music/fashion worlds would be very beneficial, especially if you were about in the '90's.
The successful candidate will also need to think outside the box with regards to getting images of the TV credits.
I suggest we agree an hourly rate, and give a total time budget to work within, and I would be willing to get your feedback here.
I need the job done ASAP, so if you can demonstrate you can do the job, then I'll commission you immediately.
