Freelance VTCT Level 7 Aesthetics Trainer Needed

We are recruiting a Freelance VTCT Level 7 Aesthetics Trainer to deliver high-quality training for our aesthetics academy. Applicants must meet VTCT Skills’ mandatory teaching requirements.

Required Qualifications (VTCT-Compliant)

You must have:

1️⃣ Regulated Level 3 Basic Life Support (BLS) & Anaphylaxis Management

– Must be current and valid.

2️⃣ A Level 7 qualification in the specific aesthetic modalities

(e.g., anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers)
OR the ability to demonstrate ongoing, relevant CPD and treatment logs within those modalities.
If not currently L7 regulated, you must be willing to upskill to a regulated L7 within 18 months.

3️⃣ A Level 5 Certificate in Education (or equivalent)

4️⃣ Evidence of 30 hours of CPD within the last 12 months

– Must be relevant to the modalities being taught.

✅ Role Responsibilities

- Deliver theory and practical training for VTCT Level 7 Injectables

- Supervise clinical sessions, case studies and assessments

- Ensure delivery meets VTCT standardisation, compliance, and teaching criteria

- Provide learner support, competency feedback and development

- Maintain CPD and professional practice logs
