Food and nutrition work

I have a number of menu plans that have been created that need a number of things to be done with:

Quantities required to meet macronutrient and calorie targets based on 5 different one week menu plans that comprise breakfast lunch and dinner.
Shopping lists for each week.
Preparation guidelines.
Consistent format across the board.
One brand new one week diet plan based on criteria given.
