Follow up email/phone calls with prospects-German/English Fluent

Hi There,

I am looking for a professional that can help me to respond and followup emails from potential prospects.

There are 160 prospects that need to be followed-up (i will provide the list). You will have to follow up from my email account (I will delegate access) and also through phone call. Communications will be 90% in German language.
You must possess good command of email writing and communications as you will be speaking with managers/directors of prominent companies in Europe, especially Germany.

Fluency in German and English language is a MUST!

Details :
- follow up email or phone call to find out if they have received the initiation email, if not, resend the initiation email (template will be provided)
- Find out if the email have reached the right decision maker, if it has not, then find out who would the the right person to speak with.
- Send follow up email to the right decision maker, send company profile for them to review and request for phone/face to face appointment, or setting up a meeting in any trade-fair that participants might be joining.

All contact details, phone numbers and status need to be updated separately in an excel file in a shared folder.


Final Target :
- All 160 prospects is contacted, communicated with the right decision maker, and requested for appointments/meeting
- to complete not later than 31st August 2019.

Hand over :
Once a request for appointment email/phone conversation is sent, I will take over and at this juncture, your work with this prospect is complete.
