Fix Problem With Google Apps Email

Description of support work: I have a paid google apps account which I am using with my own domain. I am having a number of issues with emails that I send to clients being diverted to their Spam email accounts, so wanted to have somebody review the causes of this and implement corrective actions accordingly. I would estimate that emails to approx 90% of recipients appear ok, but it is hard to judge completely accurately (if they do not reply I cannot be certain whether this is a lack of interest, or that they didn’t receive the email). Furthermore, there is at least one case where the client has stated that the email was not received / was not in their spam. Possible sources of the problem which would need investigation are:

- Although I ran through the steps listed in the Google Set-Up pages and can send / receive emails ok (except for the issues above). However, when google does the verification check at the end of the process it states it is unable to confirm whether it has been correctly set-up
I am unsure as to whether the use of the word information rather than a name could be a contributing factor. If so, I am willing to change the email address as necessary.
