Hi.
I'm in the process of creating an app that will help increase the personal cybersecurity of individuals. My aim is to raise the awareness of online vulnerabilities and provide a personal roadmap to mitigation. To do this I want to build a database of publicly disclosed breaches emails + passwords. This will be a similar service to the popular HaveIBeenPwned but I do not want to rely on their API so I want to build my own database.
Users will only be able to search for their own data and not others so we will be maintaining a higher level of privacy than other options provide.
I need someone to help find this data online/on the dark web.
