Filemaker Pro expert needed

I have developed a Filemaker Pro database for my business which has become critical to operations. It is still very small with only 15 records, but each of these is quite complex. Whereas I'm fine with the basics, I haven't got time for some of the nice to have options. My first job for you is to ensure the records always appear in code order (at present they automatically appear in input sequence).

There is more where this came from but I would like to start here, get to know my helper and add more functionality as I go along. Anyone interested?
