A UK registered firm is working with a team of international investors who are interested in establishing a Green field “Unit Microfinance Bank”. We are looking for a consultant that can assist us in preparing a comprehensive feasibility study that will also be used as a concept paper in our discussion with potential investors. Our strategic aim is to develop this bank using international standards on microfinance.
The feasibility study has to be of a very high standard with very detailed analysis on rate of returns, financial ratio’s, net present values etc. We also want to be able to deliver a level of service that is effective and efficient. This project would only suit someone that has experience in developing feasibility studies.
We have collected the raw data on this, and also have a model bank that we want the Unit microfinance bank to mirror. We can provide further details on this. We also have the regulatory framework policy for establishing microfinance banks. This assignment is very urgent.
