Feasibility study for the the formation of an investment holding company

A group of investors are trying to establish a UK company that woud provide debt and equity finance to Greenfield Microfinance Institutions in Sub-Saharan Africa. We are looking for a consultant that can put together the feasibility study. It is not a complex project because the main income would be dividends earned and interest earned. There may also be the need to factor in risks relating to foreign exchange. We are planning to have a share capital of £2million.
