I am looking to make a Normal skin type Gentle to Mid Foaming Cleanser. I am need of a paper formula to give to my manufacture to make a sample.
I want to use no animal by products, 100% degradable products, silicone free ingredients.
I have a basic direction and basic ingredients I want to use but need help with the specific formula and surfactants to use.
