Experienced Property Developer India

I am looking for an experienced property developer who has experience of developing gated communities in any part of india.
We have approx. 1 acre of land in India which we would like to turn into a developed gated community with premium villas, communal areas and extensive landscaped gardens.

At present we have the land and nothing else, we are looking for someone who can help us create a detailed project plan and help us understand what are the pieces involved in this project and advise us on our first steps: builder, architect, planning permission marketing, funding options etc.

Someone with contacts in this industry and possibly someone who can advise us on the duration of this project will be preferred.

There is no time limit on this project, we are still new to this sector and want to gather as much information as possible.
