Experienced Building Management operator

I am currently a Landlord proposing to implement some building works as provided under the lease provision. The property was partly sold (residential part) to long leaseholders and therefore i will need to recoup the expense of the proposed building works plus associated cost from the leaseholders.
I will require someone experience to work with me who understands the basic principles of the system works .
