Estimate Start Up Costs for a very small scale online magazine business

I need to understand the start up costs of setting up a small scale online magazine. I need to keep the costs at the minimum possible level. Therefore need to ponder options such as virtual office, low cost website, bandwith consumption. In addition, cost of licensing of the content, any other legal issues etc. I need someone whom I can consult on an ongoing basis during the initial stages of planning and estimating.

Since the concept is going to be based out of london...need someone from the UK for the estimates with good understanding of the logistics in london and areas around.

**This is not a web development or software development exercise. I need business advise to understand the following:

a. Should I go as a sole trader/limited co. ? [Pros/Cons]
b. Should I go for home office/virtual office/hot desking?
c. What are the legal activities that needs to be undertaken such as registering the business, patenting the idea/ concept etc?
d. professional fees
e. What are the challenges around licensing the content? How do I do that?
f. How do I associate with the social service organisations and collaborate?

etc etc...hope this makes my requirement succinct.
