Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
OVERVIEW:
I am a one man business with the website address of paulcurtis.com.au.
I think I am able to work with either Wix or Weebly to make the small changes to my website required once of maybe twice a year. All the information I basically want to post is at https://www.amazon.co.uk/Paul-Curtis/e/B00XHCV0JS
Basically all I want my website to do is show my current books on my own website and then have them link to the amazon sight for purchase.
My current problem is that I have a malfunction on my main Windows 10 computer with office 365 outlook with regard to the TXT and CNAME settings. Every time I try to open it on this computer it just shuts down. Yet Outlook is functioning normally on my laptop windows 10 computer and on my iPhone and iPad.
My office 365 support is provided by Telstra, my website hosting is provided by a company called Byteserve. Office 365 are telling me that the fault is in my server's setting, yet Byte Serve are telling me that if it works on my laptop it is not their problem. My domain registration is with GoDaddy.
So what I want to do is first of all get my desktop computer settings corrected so that Outlook doesn't collapse (I am still getting my email through by using the Office 365 portal) I want to achieve this with no interruption to my email service.
Secondly I want to set up either a Wix or Weebly account which would handle the correct protocols for hosting my email and enable me to use a tenplate design I could readily modify myself before linking off to my Amazon author's page.
Can you help me with this. I can give you remote access to both my desktop and laptop computers.
Regards
Paul
