    You need the imap settings from your provider. Is it one of the main companies like Google, Microsoft or another?

    Are you talking configuring POP and SMTP on your Mac or you can to get and send emails using another server?

    Imap ! cant seem to crack it? I have incoming mails but cant send!

    You have problem with SMTP, change port to SSL 465 or TLS 587.
