Ebay shop set up, launch and management

We are looking to launch a personal care beauty shop on eBay and require the services of an ecommerce and market place ecommerce professional that can build the shop, populate the products data and listings, launch it and even continue with ongoing daily order and stock management including price and promotions.

BRIEF:
Utilising the eBay shop functionality, we require the services of a marketplace ecommerce professional that will build the shop from scratch and continue with ongoing daily order and stock management including price and promotions. All order data will be sent to our order fulfilment warehouse.
Assume a product range of 50 SKUs across 4 categories. This will grow over time but I would like to launch pre-Christmas .
I'm looking to understand time scales involved and costs to undertake the project activity below.

Requirement:
Build and lunch
• To build layout and format of the ebay shop for Launch based on creative concepts (in development)
o To include building and layout of pages
o To define and scope out categories
o To create listings for all products
• To upload all product information
o Images - will be provided
o Product descriptions – to be provided
o Weights and dimensions - to be provided
o Sell price – target rates and a lower/ higher rate will be issued for every stock line
• To set up PayPal payment gateway and recommend alternative payment methods for set up
• To write shipping and order policy
• To manage keywords for ebay listing search
• To recommend and implement and ebay promotional tools we should utilise
• To map out customer journey


Ongoing daily management of the ebay shop

• Monitor and report on daily sales
• Manage and review prices to ensure competitive in the marketplace. Make recommendation on any price changes in line with selling price parameters (to be agreed)
• Ensure product descriptions and key words are supporting high listing ranking
• Advise if promotion tools should be activated to enhance sales
• To manage all stock levels with Granby on daily basis to ensure maximum stock availability and ensure great customer service
• To proactively manage all customer feedback to support our seller status within EBay as we are a new shop entering the market place
• To manage and encourage followers to maximise customer engagement

Please advise expected time scales to complete and estimated fixed price or hourly rates for the initial build and launch and then on going management.
