Ebay and amazon retail setting up

Help! I have just taken over an online retail business which has uploaded 1/4 million images and text to a server and copies this into Ebay (anchor store) and Amazon and a Website (Website already established). I currently use a host called Mi9 Retail who are good but very very expensive. There is a different company who handle the uploading to server. I need someone who really understands online retail (especially for Ebay/Amazon) and can take a look at my business and suggest a simpler way to upload to database (10,000 images and text at a time) and how I could manage the database for Ebay and Amazon (Order processing, updating ads, labels etc). Apologies if this is not clear but I am new to this and it seems more complex than it needs to be. I would prefer someone I can meet and I am near Hereford UK (Leominster).
