Description of support work: Hi, we have sbs2011 installed on a powerful internal dell server with trend micro and exchange. However, we have constant slowdowns and ram peaks, and we need someone to come in to our office and test all our settings, and tweak the server, perhaps update Trend micro and check our disks/ram or settings for errors. Perhaps even install a different antivirus/spam system if Trend micro is buggy.

For the initial work, we would like someone to come in to our office in Finchley, N3 London for either a full day, or for. Couple of evenings or a weekend day, so we can meet you and you can see our setup and our hardware/software first hand.

Future IT support will be needed, but the future support can be done remotely.

We need someone who is fully knowledgable and very experienced in Small business Server who is reliable. After all, this server is our business lifeline.
