Defect Management in the automotive sector

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for E2E defect management (processing, prioritization, and follow-up on resolution)
- Preliminary defect analysis of the technical chain of effects (on-/offboard), including derivation of error causes, reproduction paths, and measures
- Remote testing and validation (e.g., on the test system/rack, in staging environments), including log evaluation and documentation
- Definition and maintenance of quality and defect KPIs

Qualifications:
- Experience in developing digital products and services / strong affinity for digital products
- Openness to new topics and challenges in technically complex situations
- Structured approach to work and analytical and abstract thinking skills
- Initiative and proactivity
- Business fluent English skills
- Confident use of MS Office and Confluence/JIRA
