Hi Nathan,
I hope you are very well. I have a few questions,
a) Will site visits be required?
b) Will the assessment be done at the point of customer contact or as a followup with selected customers?
c) How much time will be required i.e is it a one-off assessment?
d) Do you already have the parameters for assessment or that would need to be developed?
