Looking for an enthusiastic and professional trainer to deliver 3 half-day Customer Service training for technical support personnel in a call centre environment within the next 4-6 weeks, over Zoom/MS Teams.
The course will include customer service basics, building relationships, communications skills (written and verbal), handling conflict etc.
This will need to be delivered online due to the various locations of the team (and COVID).
Please share experience of similar projects, both as a Customer Service trainer and delivering engaging virtual sessions.
