Customer Service - Making Outboud Call

Lettings company requires assistance with making outbound calls, as part of this role you'll be:

Contacting tenants to confirm viewing appointments.
Discussing aspects of their tenancy agreement
Making calls regarding rent collection & late rent payments
Sales calls to advise landlords of our lettings service.
Perfect conversational English


We are looking for someone flexible to help when required on a long term basis.
