General information for the business: Market research focus study
Description of support work: On behalf of a client we are creating a survey to be mailed to approximately 30,000 recipients inviting them to participate in an on-line market research survey.
The first draft of the questions is now complete, the project we would like an offer for is as follows:-
1. Take our questionnaire and put this in to an on-line format either through survey monkey or other
2. Once reviewed by the client make any necessary amendments
3. Manage the mailing to the database which we will provide
4. Collate and submit the responses
5. Optional - quote separately, data analysis & interpretation. Please provide examples of previous similar work carried out if your offer also extends to this element of the project
6. Timescale from order placed and date when you can start
