Description of consulting work: We have defined the ideal recruitment process (called "the Venquis Way") and would like some help to put this into an electronic process flow diagram. Our intention is to have a process flow diagram that we can use to create a visible, branded process document that can underpin our international expansion. We then aim to build on this by designing training modules for each part to enable Venquis to continually improve our ratios and therefore performance.
