I need to create a automatic flow that starts with a form that is filled in by a customer either online or on email, the answers are populated into a "spreadsheet" which has some auto sum checking functionality, if it fails this test then an email is sent to highlight the issue. Then it populates a table in a pdf drawing, requests someone to approve it then the pdf is sent to purchasing team.
I want this to be created using the standard apps in Microsoft Office 365, such as power automate, outlook, sharepoint etc
