Create a financial model for an investment fund

Description of support work: Utilize microsoft excel to create a three year financial plan for a newly created BDC and its manager. Create a dynamic model that enables the user to input multiple scenarios to determine BDC shareholder and manager revenue, expenses and returns. The results should be presented on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Outputs should includes income on an aggregate and a per share basis. Operating results will need to be adjusted for differences between cash, gaap and tax results.

Inputs should include at least 4 asset types with different yield characteristics that are changeable. Shares issued and price per share should float and the proceeds from share offerings should be deployed among the 4 asset type manually or based on a set of rules we jointly develop.
