Cosmetic formulation - women’s fragrance

I have no knowledge of chemistry or cosmetic formulation and I am interested in making an eau de parfum (women’s fragrance) product from an existing product that closely aligns with what I envision creating and would like to make a tweak to the product color, while keeping the same fragrance stability.

In addition to the fragrance formula, I would also like a prototype of the newly developed formula for measure.
