Convert traffic into income

I currently run a gaming blog which uses AdSense to generate income. I get around 500+ unique daily visitors and growing rapidly.

I need someone to either create a guide or help with affiliation or any other means of turning the traffic into income.

I've posted about this before and had tons of people saying "Hi, I do SEO, we can get you to the top of Google" please make sure to actually read what I'm looking for before posting, I don't need SEO. I'm a web developer who has years experience with both on and off page SEO, so I do not need dev or SEO I just don't have experience turning traffic I generate into income. I hope that's where you come in!

If this project is successful and the traffic starts producing finances, there is a perfect opportunity here for regular work.
