Contract For Customers

I need a contract written up for my business to protect me if customers wont pay. I run a construction company call Lions Construction and we offer mainly tiling and painting but can do mostly everything. We have a website call www.lionsconstruct.com. i want the contract to go into detail regarding payments, explaining if they dont pay before the date on the invoice their is a late fee, if they dont pay within 1 month we can take them to court and charge them 4x more then their original invoice and if we dont do the work for them, they have the right to get their money back or take us to court, etc. Dont know the correct budget for this
