CONTEXTUAL “WHITE HAT” QUALITY BACKLINK BUILDER REQUIRED

We want to form a successful long term relationship with a quality manual backlink builder and we look forward to paying you for this work because a QUALITY backlink means more business for us.

But we will not accept bad quality work from those who think they can press a button on their automated software and still get paid. We look forward to NOT PAYING for shoddy, bad quality work because frankly, it is bad for our website.

Attention must be given to ALL criteria so that when we cross check your work we will be fully satisfied that our job specification was adhered to. Should we find 3 or more cases of non compliance this shall result in us considering the whole job “unfit for use”, immediately cancelling your agreement with us with no payment to yourself.

I am an experienced link builder but am in need of some external assistance and am willing to pay for people who can work by the following guidelines:


TYPE OF APPLICANT SOUGHT

I am looking to build a long term relationship with a link building expert, so quality work will most likely lead to more regular work.

• Experienced white hat link builders only. No black/grey hat work.

• Quality backlink methods only, no spamming, no bad English, meaningless spintax comments such as “Great post dude!” or trying to use automated methods and passing these off as manual postings. (We check your work before paying).

• Applicants must be very fluent in English as spoken in the UK.


AIM OF PROJECT

To build 50 quality “white-hat” permanent one-way backlinks from PR4+ sites where the page where the backlink is placed is also PR4+ and the comment has been approved.

A spreadsheet containing specific keywords and corresponding URLs will be provided. The specification is;
• Must be on English websites:

o At least 5 websites shall be .gov
o At least 5 websites shall be.edu
o The remainder equally split between .co.uk and .com
o No other domain types shall be used apart from those above.

• Backlinks must be contextual i.e the article/site/blog must be accounting related (and not just “finance” or “law/legal” related).

• 75% of the links must be “Do Follow”

• Maximum of 1 link per domain

• Anchor Text: Accounting related words as supplied to you by us.

• Maximum of 20 external links on the link page

• Links must be permanent and static html. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.

• Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable

• In text link only, no graphics.

• Linking sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.

• Pages must be indexed and cached by Google within last 30 days.

• Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.

Banned From This Project
No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, or adult sites, or link directories.
Pages/sites having a "noindex" tag.
Links must not be made using automated software, bots, illegal linking methods or any method likely to be dis-approved by Google.
No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc

Working With Us
We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found fitting the above criteria. Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by the service provider.
 
Milestones
You will send us a full CSV/Excel report listing:
• Backlink source
• Backlink destination
• Backlink anchor text
• Date backlink left
• Date backlink approved
• Site PR, Page PR, last indexed dates
• Comment left
We will load this data into our software to cross-check and upon our full satisfaction that the criteria of this job, as per our above specification has been met then;
• (The funds for this project will be put into Escrow at commencement)
• Upon completion of backlink building 75% of the funds will be released
