We’re working on a web based application. The idea of the of the business is basically a platform which enables landlords to collect rent form tenants online. Initially we plan to outsource the development. We’ve already reached out to a few developers and got a couple of proposals. Due to the lack of tech knowledge in the team we’re looking for a consultant that can assist us in this area (app development) as well as help us pick the right developer.
