We are a company of 140 employees based in a serviced office using a standard VOIP phone system provided by the landlord (Workspace Group).
We are looking at purchasing an Avaya IP Office Contact Centre phone solution and need some advice on which solution to choose, which options, how it should be setup, integrated with our computers etc.
In simple, we are looking for an experienced telephony expert to evaluate our current system, evaluate the proposed new system, advise on best practices and ways to get the best value for a phone system.
