    The application need to have the write up about my personal competence but I am not very sure if the application require a business plan or not. I have not see it in the guidline document.

    Sajad, sometimes if the 'exceptional talent' someone who is starting a business or forming a company to trade in which case you would need a BP.

    When are you looking to have the documents looked over by?
