Hi, I would like to set up Monday.com to be able to track high level Household tasks and annual leave
The team members are:
Richard Barlow - Owner (admin)
Ellie Barlow - Owner (admin)
Mandy Smith - Executive PA (admin)
Tom Wright - Estate Manager
Chloe Hitchen - Yard Manager
Sam O'Brien - Assistant Yard Manager / Mothers Help
Hannah Caskie - Nanny / Housekeeper
I want to be able to see a daily view whereby I can see the following:
Annual leave (either in whole days or half days)
House Tasks:
House Sitting
Maisie childcare
Henry childcare
Animal Tasks
Dogs
Horses
Chickens
Occasionally another party (not employed by us might be responsible for various tasks (i.e. School, Nursery, Astrid, Mike and Alison, Pam and Tim)
I also want to be able to clearly mark out when Richard and I are away (R/E Away) as this would trigger some of the actions (i.e. house sitting) and also have 'Ellie Away' and 'Richard Away' columns
I would like to have an 'ad hoc tasks' column where people can add tasks that are happening (i.e. swimming pool clean etc)
Ideally I would like to be able to count 'worked days' and 'annual leave days' for all staff except me, Richard and Mandy. I would also like to show annual leave as accepted, rejected or pending
I would like to preload this with what we already know we have in the calendar, I have a spreadsheet for this too. ideally I would like to complete it for the end of the year. I think that you can upload a spreadsheet so that shouldn't be too hard?
