Hi,
we need support to configure (and/or update firmare) our 3 HP Switch Procurve 2524 j4813a in stack. Probably also stack config is to reconfigure also phisically.
Two are visible/accessible via IP, one no (we don't know IP address; reset needed?).
We have VoIP problems.
Some errors:
- Excessive CRC/Alignment Errors on port x
- Excessive Late Collisions on port x
- Loss of Link on port x
- Excessive Jabbering on port x
Teamviewer access with putty.
