Conference Organisation - AD Hoc Basis

We organise high level investment conferences for Governments at 5 Star venues in London and abroad. Leading corporates , the Financial Times , Bloomberg , London Stock Exchange, London Metal Exchange and many leading corporates speak at our conferences.

We are looking for smart intelligent VAs, & Admin professional with strong work ethic and a Can Do attitude , to support our Team with various admin & organisational tasks we have. This will be on an ad hoc basis as on an as and when required basis.
For highly qualified professionals the work may also very occasionally include meeting with Ambassadors & other stakeholders , although we will limit this to being as much remote meetings as possible.

The work will be flexible and will be around your existing schedule..Looking for experienced, confident and effective professionals

P.S..Separately we are also looking for a Professional who may be able to travel very infrequently overseas for stakeholder meetings for a a few days at a time at a premium plus Bonus .
