Company Closure Support – Insolvency Specialist Needed

I’m looking for an experienced UK-based accountant, bookkeeper, or insolvency professional to help shut down two limited companies on behalf of a client. Both companies have some outstanding debt, so experience handling company closure with creditors involved is essential.

What’s Needed:
• Advice on the most appropriate closure route (e.g. strike-off, CVL, MVL)
• Liaise with the client to gather all necessary documentation
• Prepare final accounts and complete any required filings
• Handle communication with HMRC and creditors where needed
• Ensure the closure is fully compliant and legally sound

You Should Have:
• Solid knowledge of UK company law and insolvency procedures
• Experience closing companies with outstanding debt
• Ability to clearly explain options to a non-financial client
• Discretion and professionalism
• Fast turnaround and attention to detail
