We need a Business Continuity Plan and preferably also an IT Disaster Recovery Plan (perhaps quote for this separately). We are a fully remote business with no premises, making use of cloud services for our data.
We want the plan to actually be tailored to what we do and how we operate (not just be a template). So, someone will need to have a chat with me to understand things, and they will need to be able to listen well and absorb what is explained (and then apply it).
We need it done in the next couple of days (by 14th September).
