    Could you please clarify whether you would like someone to develop a dashboard using your own dataset, or do you just want a theoretical guidance on developing a dashboard using Excel? You referred to step by step method...as creating a dashboard means creating a series of formulas etc, would you like someone to teach how to create the formulas or actually create them for you?
